Directors of the Instituto Munucipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán met with authorities from different areas of government to adjust the protocols of Mazatlán International Carnaval 2025, “La Perla”. The meeting aimed to analyze and improve the security logistics and organization of the event.
Among the topics discussed were actions to guarantee fluidity, security and order in Olas Altas, the coronations at the Teodoro Mariscal stadium, the Carnaval parades, and the protocols for cleaning the Carnaval area during the days of the big fiesta.
Juan Manuel Flores Vázquez, with extensive experience in coordinating Carnaval celebrations in Olas Altas, highlighted that this is the first of several meetings scheduled to fine-tune details and achieve first-class logistics.
Mazatlán International Carnaval 2025 will take place from February 27th to March 4th and will feature a variety of cultural events and activities. This year’s theme is “The Pearl,” a tribute to the beauty and marine wealth of the Pacific Ocean.
