During the visit of the Riviera Mazatlan delegation to the House of Mexico in Spain, prior to the start of the International Tourism Fair that will take place from January 22 to 26 in the city of Madrid, Karla Rivas and Yamilé Zatarain, Queen of Carnaval Mazatlan International 2019 and Queen of the Floral Games 2019, respectively, accompanied by Mayor Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres, and various officials, gave a sample of the benefits and wonders offered by the Sinaloa tourist destination.
The House of Mexico in Spain, opened on October 1, 2018, seeks to contribute to the development of both countries and to strengthening the bilateral relationship, in cultural, business, entrepreneurship, tourism, gastronomic and community development issues.
Ximena Caraza Campos, Director of the institution that is part of the Mexican Embassy in that country, received the entourage and showed visitors the exhibition “Guerrero, Origin of Mexico”, which is exhibited in the framework of the celebration of Fitur 2020.
At the end of the tour, Quimico Luis Guillermo Benitez; the Mayor of Escuinapa, Emmett Soto Grave; Mazatlecan businessmen; Directors of the Casa de México in Spain and attendees enjoyed a cocktail, a tasting of seven typical dishes from the South of Sinaloa, as well as the performance of Banda El Recodo.
