With a view to the biggest celebration of the Port, Carnaval I ternacional de Mazatlan 2020 “Somos América, Pasión, Alegría y Esperanza”, executives of the Municipal Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte, artists and representatives of Telmex, Megacable and the Federal Commission of Electricity held a logistics meeting.
The objective is to guarantee the free transit of the majestic floats, adapt the posts and wiring to avoid some setback that could affect the delay or absence of these in the traditional parades that this time will be held on Sunday, the 23rd, and Tuesday, the 25th of February, 2020.
The meeting was held at the facilities of the Instituto de Cultura, where attentive to the recommendations the external arties attended the proposals of managers and artists, ranging from the workshops, to reach the parade area, as well as the route they will have to take to return at the end of the holiday.
José Ángel Tostado Quevedo, Office Manager of the General Directorate of the Municipal Instituto de Cultura, said that in general the process of the entire Carnaval festival is in accordance with the times set in the agendas of each of those involved.
