Thousands of fans, locals and foreigners who attended the “Teodoro Mariscal” stadium for the third game of the final series between Venados de Mazatlán and Naranjeros de Hermosillo, had a taste of what will be experienced at Carnaval Internacional Mazatlán 2024 “Baroque Eclipse”.
And the joy came to the baseball venue with the participation of an official Carnaval Mazatlán dance troupe, this time made up of 39 students from the “Idance Academy” school led by Professor José Ramírez, whose members showed off their best steps when dancing, before and during the baseball game, leaving all of those present, happy.
This activation began at 7:00 p.m., when to the sound of the drums the dancers began to encourage the public who quickly spread the word to the walkers at the main entrance of the baseball venue, while personnel from the Instituto de Cultura distributed flyers announcing the events of the great festival and invited them to attend all the coronations.
After the umpire sang Play ball!, and at the end of the first inning, the local sound introduced the official troupe, which was received with loud applause, to begin its participation, to the sound of the official theme of Carnaval Internacional Mazatlán, the cheerful members of the troupe attracted all eyes and received loud applause.
The message was an open invitation to attend Carnaval Internacional de Mazatlán 2024 “Baroque Eclipse”, to take place from Thursday, February 8th to Tuesday, February 13th, where an attendance of more than one million people is expected in all activities.
