This Friday, January 19th, in the history of Carnaval, a new name will be written on the list of the reign of Joy and Children’s Queen.
The second and last count for the election of the King of Joy and Children’s Queen of the Mazatlán International Carnival 2024 “Baroque Eclipse”, will take place this Friday at 6:00 p.m. in Plazuela República.
A great party is expected, complete with live music by the Fussión group, troupes, dancers and enthusiastic cheerleaders.
In view of family, friends and the general public, the support committees of the candidates for both reigns will have to demonstrate the result of their work in search of economic votes that will help their candidates win the crowns.
Access to the election of the next King of Joy and the new children’s sovereign will be free.
Girls will compete for the children’s crown: María Paula Velarde García, representative of the yellow baton, and Givanna Miranda, candidate for the purple baton.
Going for the title of King of Joy: Víctor Reyes (green baton); Héctor Limón (red baton); Germán Orozco (orange baton) and Benjamín López (yellow).
