TicketSTAR, responsible for booking and subsequent cancellation of the performances of “JUNTOS” with Jorge Medina and Josi Cuen, and Grupo Firme, scheduled for the 2025 Mazatlán International Carnaval, announces that it will issue refunds to those who purchased tickets for these events.
For in-person purchases: Refunds will be processed from Monday, March 24th to Saturday, March 29th at the Teodoro Mariscal Stadium box office, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
For online purchases: Purchasers will receive a form via email, which they must complete to request a refund.

It is important that buyers retain their physical tickets or purchase confirmation email to facilitate the refund process.
Buyers are advised to monitor their emails and check their spam or junk folders if they do not receive the refund form.
