The Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán announced the advance sale of tickets to enjoy Carnaval nights in Olas Altas. The ticket offices will open on Friday, February 9th at 6:00 pm and tickets can be purchased in advance at a cost of 70 pesos per person and only cash payment will be accepted.
Juan Manuel Flores Vázquez, coordinator of Carnaval activities in Olas Altas, said that 200 thousand tickets were printed and will be distributed at six ticket offices.
The ticket offices will be located on Rigoberto Lewis, Sixto Osuna, Constitución, Plazuela de Los Leones streets on Ángel Flores street; in the parking lot of the Sister Cities Park and on Paseo Claussen Street.
The public servant reported that the ticket offices will be open on Friday, February 9th, starting at 6 p.m.; on Saturday the 10th, they will open at 4:00 pm; Sunday at 6:00 pm; On Carnaval Monday, the date of the presentation of La Original Banda El Limón, the ticket offices will open from 4:00 pm and on Tuesday, February 13 from 4:00 in the afternoon.
Flores Vázquez indicated that in Olas Altas there will be 12 venues with live music for all tastes and on Carnaval Monday, the Original Banda El Limón will delight their thousands of fans with all their hits.
He specified that people who wish to enter Olas Altas on the night of the Burning of Bad Humor and the Naval Combat – Saturday, February 10th – can anticipate purchasing tickets on Friday. The advance sale applies to all days of Carnaval and avoids long lines and crowds.
Finally, the coordinator of the Carnaval in Olas Altas called on parents to pay special attention to their children and avoid incidents. He also recommended arriving at the events on time to avoid inconvenience.
