The Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán invites residents of the Carnaval zone near Olas Altas to process their accreditation to be able to enter and avoid setbacks during the celebration of the Mazatlán International Carnaval 2025 “La Perla” festivities, which will take place from February 27th to March 4th.
The resident accreditation is an identification that will allow vehicles and people to access closed streets and the Carnaval zone. To obtain this accreditation, national and foreign residents must go to the offices located at Avenida Miguel Alemán #203 Centro, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., starting today and until Friday, January 31.
It is required to present a child-sized photograph, a copy of the voter ID card and a copy of a recent proof of address. If you have a vehicle, you must present the license plate number and type of car. So far, there is a record of approximately 100 interested parties who have already met the requirements. The process is free.
