Mazatlán International Carnaval 2025 “La Perla” continued with force on the Mazatlán boardwalk, where 12 candidates for Queens and 3 candidates for King of Joy met to promote the great fiesta that will take place from February 27th to March 4th, under the motto: La Perla.
The traditional “sticker pasting” was the promotional event organized by the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlan, where the candidates approached the vehicles stopped at the traffic lights to request permission to stick a sticker alluding to the Carnaval on the windshield or medallion of the car.
The atmosphere was one of great joy and security, with the comparsas from the academies: Escénico Ferrer, Latin Jazz, Academia Chanel, dancing and brightening up the atmosphere, while the candidates wore attractive costumes and bands embroidered in gold threads.
The drivers got involved and empathized with the participants, honking their horns to the rhythm of classic Carnaval songs and “Soy de Mazatlán” the theme of the biggest party this 2025, performed by Banda MS and tenor Carlos Osuna.
The candidates for Carnaval Queens, Lesly, Mariana, Samantha, Sandra, Mariant, Grecia, Fernanda Lizbeth, Desire, Lucero, María Fernanda, Evelyn and Melissa, greeted and were motivated by the messages of support from the drivers. While the candidates for King of Joy, Brayan, Roberto and Sergio, handed out smiles and dance steps.
The decal pasting was a success and took place in an atmosphere of safety and harmony, promoting the great celebration of the Mazatlán International Carnaval 2025 “La Perla”.
